Convenient stay with a few hiccups
The hotel is ideally located near shops and eateries, making meals a breeze. The comfortable bed ensured restful nights, and the cleanliness was commendable, with friendly staff ready to help.
However, the low shower head was a real inconvenience, and the bathroom lighting left much to be desired. Some amenities felt worn out, making the experience a tad less delightful.

the shower head was too low for an adult, barely reaching my shoulders, how classy! and the bathroom light? completely dim, like who decorated it? i was expecting a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but alas, no welcome gesture here. almost gave it a good review but just couldn’t, alas!

The hotel was very clean and in good shape.
My experience was nothing short of a nightmare. It felt unsafe for my wife and daughter, and despite notifying the staff, they did little to address the situation, merely suggesting they would try to quiet down the commotion. Honestly, it was a disgrace for the hotel to let this happen.

The clean and friendly staff made my three-night stay enjoyable, especially the comfortable bed and well-lit parking area. However, amenities like fridges and microwaves could enhance the experience.

Had a great time with friends! The location was perfect for our trip to Riverside Park, where we enjoyed mini-golf and the carousel. The check-in was friendly, and the room was comfortable, with a nice-sized fridge. Breakfast options included waffles, which were a hit with our group. Plenty of nearby shopping spots made it even better!
The continental breakfast was a bit underwhelming. While the waffles were good, other items like the sausage biscuits were pretty small. It would’ve been nice to see a better variety for breakfast.

The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable—seriously, one of the best I've ever slept on! The air conditioning worked great, and there was a nice-sized fridge in my room too. However, the towels could really use an upgrade. they were small and worn out. Overall, it had a basic but decent setup for my stay.

Good spot for a short stay. The Queen Room, Disability Access had a comfy bed and solid A/C. Clean overall, which I appreciated. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking was well lit.

The recent remodel gave the lobby a bright, inviting feel that reminded me of a cheerful spring day, with easy accessibility that made navigating a breeze for us seniors. It felt like a warm hug every time I entered.
More varied breakfast options would be nice.
